Thanks to the great CCPFan I have found a glorious store at kaiju-taro.com. Beautiful store. Has most of my favorite pieces that I have been looking for...

plus they have the CCP and Vinyl Gamera's, Giant CCP Hedorah's and on and on...

I even found a bunch of things I never new existed, like the clear Atelier Hedorah with red eyes. It's sick!!!

Just one problem. Everything on the website is sold out. I think only one out of the twenty or so figures I wanted were sold out. And it wasn't one I really wanted, it was just a lesser colorway of one I REALLY wanted. So after becoming exstatic over the awesome toys that I could never find or have never even seen, I can't buy any of them.

Man, I'm going to have to watch this site like a hawk. Just in case.

Again, Thank you CCPFan for pointing out this website!

Yeah, you gotta be quick on the KT. It's a cool store, but stuff goes FAST.

Kaiju Yaro

Great looking pieces you picked out! make sure to sign up for their "points" system. I just picked up a piece at a very good markdown when I turned in the points :D

Did K-T 'boost' the point system somewhere along the line? My recollection was that you got a point for each 100 yen spent, and then the points were each worth 1 yen (1%). The site now says each point is worth 6 yen - and 6% is a pretty decent rebate.

I love Kaiju-Taro. (But I'm not cheating on S7 - We have an ... understanding ... 8) ) Every so often a KT box will have a little bonus - I got a t-shirt once with a drawing from Taro, and a cool rainbow-colored dog figure once.

Hmm,
Just rec'd 5 items from them, but no points. I have a log-in and a wishlist there, am I missing a step?

Sorry, I just don't remember exactly what the process was ... but I think there was some extra step to start a points account - send an email and they'll let you know. Points balance shows on the K-T email invoices.

I just noticed myself that the points expire after 6 months (!?!?), so I guess I will have to spend mine after all ... Here's what I found, but I see also that now it says that each point is only worth one yen again, down from 6 yen just last week -- ?

About Point System
You can use the points only in a state of login.
Among prices of a purchase item, 1 point is added per 100 yen.
It is a half year on expiration date of a point.
As for the point, one point becomes 1 yen. The point system can be used only with the cart system.
The point is not given in a prior advance order and a part of limited product.

You don't need to do anything to receive points for a purchase other than to create an account and then log in before you buy. Your points will automatically accumulate until you use them or they expire. (I have always just used the points from the immediate prior purchase, using them up as I get them.)

yep -- if you don't have an account set up ya ain't gettin' the points! makes a difference too. I usually burn 'em off every couple of orders - many times it shaves off SAL :D

I have an account but only ever purchase preorders.. so i don't think i ever get points.

Old balance store release, called the "777 ver." I don't believe it was ever offered on K-T.

Man, where did I find that pic?!?

Oh well. I guess I'll probably never find that one. Maybe I'll just get a one and paint it myself...

Great stuff, mostly great prices... I'm always shocked when I get the shipping costs.. well packed and quickly shipped but it's costly.

No points on the pre-orders! I asked and was told that. Points only on in stock items.
