...will someone actually read the email?

i was told to order something thru the store and put a note when i paid that i had a box there and to add this. but in the payment process, there was nowhere to put a note.

so i replied to the orders@ email and said to please ship everything including this new order and let me know how much more i owe for shipping

i havent heard anything back yet so i am posting this here a) to straighten it out and b) to inform anyone else where they need to contact if this situation happens with them

I've had a blunder once where I ordered something from the store and had a hold box going on before placing the store order. The store order was shipped with everything else left behind. This has happened once, maybe twice. After placing the order, I usually e-mail Josh about it now, just so someone in the store has a heads up. I'm not sure if 'orders' is a catch-all, or who actually receives those e-mails.

well, josh was the one that told me to order from the site after i emailed and asked for it to be placed in my box

this might have been better in the FAQ section - i meant to put it there and wasnt paying attention

You can always email info@super7store.com for questions about stuff or call. Sometimes it's easier.

i've always just msged josh on here - he generally gets back that day or the next. I also had a single figure shipped instead of getting put into my hold box but that was just a misunderstanding. hold box is brilliant otherwise i'd be spending as much on shipping as I was on figures pretty much

Isn't there a comment box on your order when you fill out the form? Just type it in there. I have and it worked.

I have too, and it didn't work. Guess it's just a gamble that way.

hey guys,

there should be a dialog box for 'notes' on the webstore order form. if you checkout via paypal, it might not be there, as that uses paypal's checkout page rather than ours.

the orders@super7 email address will get filtered back to me, so if you have any questions regarding an order, and you know my direct email address (josh@super7store.com), that would be the best way to get it resolved.

thanks!
