Post subject:  Super7 new website!

Thanks to everyone that used the new site yesterday for the steven and more. This site has been alot of work and will be alot to manage, but I hope it makes people check out all the cool toys available. go vintage! go godzilla!

couple things to know:

1. paypal is now a way to pay! yeah!

2. there are some bugs, but we are working them out. please be patient

3. so much more stock to get up on the site, but with the new photo style it takes awhile. check back often to see whats new. tons of new kaiju and more!

4. S7 blog! Me and the store staff are gonna try and keep that thing updated all the time. RSS will be ready soon for it.

5. new oversale safety programming. there is a three part check system to see if an item is oversold or not. hopefully this will end the "I am sorry" emails.

Thanks!
IR

Sounds great. I'm glad that you guys have taken steps to address the over-selling issue.

The bigger, brighter, and clearer you can make the pictures, with perhaps more views (so that prospective purchasers don't have to guess as much about what the figure actually looks like); and the more information you can provide about each toy; the more you will sell, and quicker. I believe.

The new site seems to be taking positive steps in those directions.

Bravo!

I remember El Maz giving me shit for simply asking why orders that went through during a release might not neccessarily mean it's final. I always thought that their is a technical solution to prevent checkout problems like this from happening. It's not about fricken being a newb at toy buying, plus no one asked me how many years I have been buying online.

So I am glad that the process checkout is smoother now, and also S7 won't disappoint customers as much for the ones who originally thought they purchased one.

Onward S7! May your sales triple and more!

thanks for the comments. Sales are not the top concern with the new site, we really want to offer better customer service and present these items in a proper way. We will not offer 360 views or anything (too much work) but I will try and get more info on the descriptions. The old site was such a mess, this one I think represents Super7 better. I just hope it works out for a while because building this thing took forever.

I have always enjoyed perusing the gallery of past Super7 exclusives. Any plans to reinstate this feature?

to be honest, you could've had a html page with a phone number and that would've been good enough for me. Your service has always been top notch and above everyone. The new site is amazing and the views satisfy my vynil visual lust. The design above all is the shit. Bravo!

You need to get the Gorgo set on that page, too. (my personal fave)

I wanted to put gorgo, but I don't have a good photo. the archive one is in deep storage.
