I think it is clear orange vinyl painted/sprayed on the back. The light only enters the figure from the from and sides which almost makes the figure look like it is filled with orange liquid. |

I'm really excited about these. I slept on the Horvath Mothmen because I couldn't decide whether or not I liked them until it was too late. |
