Maybe coke bottle Garudan will be next year? Was the yellow/Gid Deathra from some other convention / show ? Seems like there has always been 2 versions of Deathra each year ... until now?
I wonder why the bags were so different this year compared to the last couple. There are a lot more painted Miborahs popping up on here and IG but the amount of painted figures in general has dropped significantly. The standards seem to be the only difference between bags other than that everyone got the same minis give or take the zodiac rooster.
I heard from a couple people that the bags were delayed this year for a few reasons and everything fell pretty far behind. Maybe there just wasn't enough time to give the bags the variety they usually get. Personally I would be happy with any of the bags I've seen so it's no big deal to me at all.
So my bag finally arrived today... You can imagine how mortified I was to find this on my doorstep. It's a damn MIRACLE that nothing inside was damaged. Either way, USPS is going to hear from me. It's just a matter of how the sculpt was finished before casting. Same vinyl, different textures on each sculpt.
I think it's more after the electromagnetic casting that produces this result - not the finish of the sculpt before casting. Unlike resin casting where you can coat/finish the sculpt for a gloss effect in the silicone mould, with vinyl casting a chrome finish in the metal cavity will produce a gloss effect.
i'm sure someone has done it already... is there a picture floating around of all the LB 16/17 Walking Killers?
I haven't seen any group shots. Last year's didn't have any so it would be '15 and '17. The are the unpainted I've seen: Blue (lb) Glittery green squishy (lb) Glittery silver Glow in the dark (with saddle and Randall) Neon green/yellow (lb) Neon orange (lb) Neon marbled (lb)
I like the 2017 LB auctions where they include the whole bag, except the Rooster, while leaving the Rooster card in the group shot. Seems to be the thing this year. Buyer beware.
I feel like I'm seeing a lot of nearly-complete LBs resold right off the bat. Seems like more than in prior years...
