I don't get any pleasure out of people's friends dropping off the radar, which is what you're implying, but I just thought it was coincidental how many of the posters in the thread I'd never seen before. Just an observation... relax.
Glorified janitor/ street Physician and full time graphic design student . Ed- nobody forced those people to leave. You and I are still here. That's something right?
With the price of these things and the collections you see around, I thought you'd all be dentists. Lowly government worker here. Was a designer toy store owner as well till about three weeks ago.
I work for the 3 time heavy weight champion of the world, and the greatest of all time at Louisville's own Muhammad Ali Center. One of the best jobs on earth.
My career has taken a huge turn. I work as a nursing assistant while I finish school. It's tough but I like it 1,000,000 times more than sitting in an office being nothing to everybody. I'd rather deal with fresh body fluids and horrifying scenes than sitting in a cubicle so I'm not sure if that says something about myself or if I just ended up at shitty law firms.
At the moment I'm working in IT procurement for the government. Before that i was a buyer for an independent record store for 9 or so years and before that, in graphic design/advertising/magazine publishing.
I work for the Japanese government. I'm really lucky to have awesome coworkers who make the office a happy place.

I used to be a big spender buying all the high grade ..thought I had a handle on it..last time I injected a bemon, it wasnt pretty, was goin round lifting handbags break and enters then it got real bad I'd dabble in 2 dollar store stuff, cutt'n the heads off mixin it all up...pretty nasty stuff. Now Im reformed, healthy lifestyle..pretty much just stick to fresh homegrown resin.
I sell beer to high school kids. There are a lot of them in NY. I make a pretty good living doing it.
I swear I posted in this thread. maybe there was another "what do you do?" thread. whatever it was.. I'm stoked to not be doing what I was doing before.
This jerk has been tattooing for the last 17 years. Had the good fortune of making it as an artist for the last 20+ years. Now I own a shop in S.D.
Current gig = 28 years with the same company as a computer systems engineer. In my spare time, I paint kaiju!

I work at an independent marketing firm and spin records. Used to just be spin records, then had a baby so that kinda screwed up my life's plan of being a total burnout.
