I actually love that tiger specifically because it looks so damn derpy. It’s fun. It’s also overpriced as hell in the aftermarket. Such is life, you can’t have them all.

Seymour’s toy, I don’t know why but I like the concept, the idea of it... but I just can’t get over the fact that the “core” literally looks like a log my dog just dropped on my neighbor’s lawn. The rest of it looks pretty neat... Not “I want this” kind of neat, but “this doesn’t look like another toy” kind of neat.

FUCK NAZIS. FUCK NAZI SYMBOLS. FUCK. What kind of message is this stupid toy trying to convey? Or did they slap them on this toy to be fucking edgy? Yeah, fuck this.

The fingernails thing, it really does remind me of the Bogdweller. I think they could have done something to make it more obvious that the “cloak” is all hair. Maybe a nice paint rub? I dunno, but I definitely didn’t think that was hair at first.

Already mentioned here but it needs to ne addressed again. This toy is trash man. Speaking of trash - Trash Talk Toys made a better Moguera homage with their Mecha Mole tank.

I love the Tibeo. Since i first day it, have entered both no dice. I honestly didn’t know headlock has gotten to be such a crazy fan base. I forget the year but i want to say 17 Or 18 dcon? When he first debuted Frankie. We were at his booth as doors opened, no line. Easy score. I grabbed some items at FPF readily too. I’m glad he’s picked up some popularity, he deserves it for how long he’s been doing this and doing it well. I just want a Tibeo

 

@eckotyper It was DCon 2018, and you are correct on easy scores. He still had blanks left over on Sunday afternoon. Five Points Fest was also pretty easy access, though he did sell out of majority stuff pretty quickly. DCon last year, his booth was lined up like crazy. It is really awesome to see how much traction and attention him and Knuckle have picked up, both very much deserving from both artist and producer aspects, but I seriously would not have thought he’d be this sought after. Wow. His website crashing from the white Tibeo lotto entry?! Geez, it’s like people thought they were going for a shop drop.

 

Shameless toy, lol, can’t say the honesty doesn’t amuse me. They have an Itamu clone too.

 

I personally don’t have any desire to own Hirota’s toys, but even I gotta say that thing looks like a low budget, straight to home movie. Like a Playskool variant.

 

@ultrakaiju Putting it that way, if it were in that price range and readily available, I’d probably pick one up to use as an additional figure prop for photos. But only as an extra. No main star status.

 

That doesn't look like vinyl to me, looks like wax.

Here is the Itamu, I love that he stole the mouth guns from Chokehazard Mecha Noxious, to put it back on the HxS toy, from which the Mecha Noxious was created.
