Unplugging and plugging your computer back in is much more effective imo

 

Maybe even not plugging it back in for awhile . . . maybe a couple of years, just to be on the safe side!

 

None of these options are working! I also tried reformatting my hard drive and reinstalling Windows 8! What do I do?! Hehe
