Dinosaur Tank (恐竜戦車 - Kyōryū-sen-sha) is a monster that appeared in the TV series, Ultraseven. It appeared in episode 28 not sure of your particular make/model but its cool regardless!

It says "Not for sale" on the bottom, so this may have been a promotional or internal gift only of some sort.

These were a "gift" if you bought a certain figure at an event years ago, I didnt get it then as I didnt want to spend $60 on a toy I didnt want just for the mini. But, I got lucky a few years ago and walked into Mandarake and they had a few of each color so I was pretty happy to say the least. I think that is by Bandai? Mine is also a larger version but by Tsuburaya Communications as well and more "cartoony" Now I also need one of the minis
The big one was also made in a heat activated color change vinyl, it would go from brown to orange. I still need the two regular colors, I used to see them all the time but theyve dried up recently.
