No Hank, Mummy boy's were the first things sold at the show, and that sick Zag. Anyone can just goto the Thrashout website and click the contact button for Koji's email address. He will contact in a few days with a list of inventory still available.
alright Jeb. So you down for a skate tour? Seriously, unless you know exactly where to go, a scooter or bike tour isn't the most ideal. I love the idea of taking the metro everywhere and getting lost in each town with the skateboard. So simple and can probably cover the same amount of distance as a bicycle.
yes,,,definitely down for that... i have been thinking of heading over this coming spring...definitely do not want to go in summer with the nasty humidity (one big reason i fled nyc years ago).. skating random places would cool,,just not sure how local yocal non-tokyo cops would deal with foreign freaks skating in the street,,,there is only way to find out... the skate from tokyo station to shibuya via roppongi is real fun (except for the roppongi uphill bit)...also the skate from nakano to koenji is fun & short,,,,just follow the traintracks
Great coverage, really gives you a feel for the size of the show and crowd. Those pieces look so damn good in those light boxes. Thanks for making an awesome little vid.
for anyone who missed them, here are a couple paintings i did for the show at thrashout. it was so crowded, they were hidden behind people most of the night! the show was a blast, it was cool to see so many people out! earth wolf space tiger
Josh are you working on turning these guys into toys? Or are they going to stay on canvas? They're really top notch. It's cool to see your progresssion here on SB!
wiggity wow, those show pieces look completely amazing josh...!!! I'd hang those up in a freekin' hearbeat...!!!
Man... Space Tiger = beautiful. Seriously outstanding work Josh. You need to get a solo show in Europe one day!
Have to agree. I really like the fine details of josh's art. I'm about due for another commission from him.
That one is really amazing as well !!! People can have different imagination from Josh painting. I'm interested in josh's original mind or thinking when he started to paint this one .
im totally guilty - just received space tiger in the mail - was in love with it on first sight, very lucky i got it @ the gargamel show. thanks koji and josh!!!
