Thanks. Yeah, I just started to collect the mold a ramas. So, if anyone can help me out with getting more, that would be great. They are mostly in zoos and museums and run about $2-$3 a piece. Here's a site that has a list of locations. http://www.moldamania.com/current-locations
there are a ton of them in chicago -- most of the larger museums and zoos have multiple machines, and they rotate molds depending on special events or hoidays. rotofugi will have its own very soon, too, so you can add that to the list. i've been collecting them for a while and love them, especially the dino and vehicle molds.
Never knew they were called Mold-A-Ramas. You learn something new everyday. Now I gotta find my Jaws from when I was a kid.
so cool josh!!! thanks for the picture. i could spend lots of time looking at it and trying to figure out/discover some of the toys.
All that chaos is what makes it so great! Same as Lalo said, you can spend hours looking through it and still find something new.
I see a blank blue Rose Vampire and one w/ fleshy feet that I'd give me eye teeth for! Hey what happened to that giant evil piece of green Western Vinyl!?! You should save face and give it to me for disposal!!!
sorry to threadjack but mold a rama jumping up here on SB got me all giddy the best are the president busts I need to get a kennedy my collection so far, one of the coolest things about them are like sofubi you can get many different colors of the same sculpt and you can have 2 pieces that are the same color and sculpt but they will have 2 different location names etched into the base
