It is man, based on the necronomicon, the box alone is a piece of art.

I don't recall there being a nagball with a ponytail... unless someone decided to tie the hair of an existing one?

Ben I like your sketch more than nags ;) You should use the creature in the main sketch for your avatar.

That sketch reminds me of something I would see in Death Rattle. I'm green "ovah heah".

Thanks guys! In the past three years I've filled about thirty books with drawings like this and two comics.

Death Rattle was a great comic. I'm a big fan of Greg Irons work.

That's pretty awesome. Nice work. Your style fits with the whole Nag theme really well. Would love to see the rest.

Thanks Lamour! In the next couple of months I want to work on my inking(just pencils now). I'm just not sure if I should go with brushes, nibs or pens.

Yeah, I dig Copics brush pen, and Faber Castell's brush pen too (much more finer).
Microns are perfect for a permanent-pencil look.

I say go with pens just because your line work is consistent like that Moebius inking style. It would definitely change the look of the pencils which you may want to preserve.

Re: A Nag Pa I Root

Copic's are nice, and I've always been a fan of Micron, (especially their brush pen), but I just picked up a Pentel brush after reading some reviews here, and it's awesome. It might not be up your alley, because like Lamour said, your line work is very consistent, and it's hard to achieve that with a brush (or brush pen). It seems like some of the smaller tipped Micron pens would be a very smooth transaction.

I love buying my pens at Hobby Lobby, with their 40 or 50% off coupons, you can really do some damage on larger items.

For fine line work (for tattoo flash and such) I swear by fabercastel pity pens. Ink is darker then microns, and there usually very smooth.
