That guy probably doesn't like production toys cast from molds either.

Actually he hates just about everything, especially kaiju. Thinks "people that buy kaiju are stupid for spending $100 on a toy." His big claim to fame was working on toys for Pirates of the Caribbeans.

    Thanks guys,

LOL it's good at least that the review was (for the most part) positive. Ayleen got my web address wrong though darn it (atomicmushroom.com instead of atomicmushroomTOYS.com) but said they would make corrections. I wish they did basic journalism stuff and get a bit of info from the source before doing reviews. They kinda jacked things up like the part where George (bearded dude) noticed the word "Shugato" (fictional organization who made CRZ) and said, "there's a Spanish word for cat on the back of the rocket pack".

There's also the thing with my packaging. I don't mind what they said but they should have atleast made the effort to find out why it was done that way. I've had bloggers do that basic stuff for my bot before posting up reviews but like I said they need to implement basic journalism techniques It's a nice show but at 32 ep in the game they really need to think about polishing their technique a bit.

You should have seen the episode where they reviewed Bob Conge's Plaseebo figure. They really murdered it. They did love the Night Gamer tho which is a vindication for Bob.

I think the running gag with the guy on the right is that he hates everything that's put in front of him.

They must get a mountain of free toys every month.

The show could use polishing not only doing the research like robert said but mashing the 20 minutes or so of crap into a good 5 minutes of content. They should also burn crappy toys, like those blind boxed things they opened that would be a cool thing at the end, all crap toys, in a pile, on fire. I did agree with goth guy about the dj shadow robot though, that was really stupid. As for a 100 dollar toy? He is right, you know for that we could all be getting a new cowboy hat, a new piercing, ink for a tat that a friend to put on us and like a new bootleg pirate shirt from the swap meet. What are we thinking! By now we could have all totally had cool goth style and negative outlooks. We screwed up big.

I like secret base though and apparently thats not kaiju anyways

I really hate toybreak and I try and avoid watching episodes whenever possible, because they just sit there and laugh, stumble over their words and fool-around half the time and I feel like I sit there and just waste my time. Not only that, they highlight a toy and then just throw it across the room. WTF.

But hey, congrats on the review Robert! I just got my set of CRZ's in and they're fantastic!

    toybreak bad...

+1 This was my 1st & only episode of Toybreak, will definitely not be watching anymore. The premise: 3 people (Hairy, Giggly, & PrimaDonna-y) who should not have their own show, in fact have their own show?
On a positive note, at least you got some coverage; even bad (quality) press is good press! These are an absolute steal considering the size & quality of sculpt, my hat's off to you sir, for a job well done.

P.S. What's with the insisting that they "look like Simpsons characters?"
Simpsons did it! Simpsons did it!

Yeah that one came out of left field. We'll he did say he hated Japanese robots. My wife was saying "that guys is a toy expert?,,what he's never seen Astro Boy or Gigantor?" I guess refference wise they don't have much to pull from. I really can't complain tho since they gave me a positive review. I just wish George (bearded dude) sounded like he was excited about the bots since he was the one who was bugging me about it months in advance.
