Those wacky Russians. I wish I would have thought of this. http://cosmiclog.msnbc.msn.com/_news/20 ... swell-ufo- "Child-size aviators" were aboard the disks: humans, seemingly about 13 years old, who may have been surgically or biologically altered to give them enlarged heads and eyes. Jacobsen quotes her source as saying he was told that the alien look-alikes were the result of experiments conducted by Nazi mad scientist Josef Mengele. The bodies were recovered from the wreckage, and two of them were alive but comatose. Slayer's "Angel of Death" is about Mengele...
Yeah, that's a wild new twist on ufology/Area 51! And given that the truth is often stranger than fiction I'm inclined to...nah, it's just too crazy!
Fun thread. Growing up in Columbus OH I saw a couple UFOs, one easily out running and seemingly toying with 3 helicopters following behind it. Another time I saw one of the commonly reported triangles very low. So low I was so startled I pulled my car over to watch it. With 3 witnesses in the car, it actually continued its desent and appeared to land behind some buildings blocking our view, in a residential neighborhood. We drove in the direction trying to find it but it seemed to have vanished. The location was High St. Just south of OSU campus. Any OH boardies know how residential and tightly compact that area is. Needless to say it was a very surprising spot for an aircraft landing. And very strange it seemed to vanish. As that article says Wright Patterson is pretty close so I always chalked up the experience to some classified government aircraft.
