Bob Eggleton illustrated that one and another called WHO'S AFRAID OF GODZILLA? He always does good work with kaiju.

They had those for sale at the grocery store awhile back and I stupidly did not buy one. I had no kids at the time. Now my 6 year old daughter makes me look at all the Japanese Ultraman books and make up stories...this would've been cool to own

Eggleton's illustrations are great but, Godzilla eating coconuts? Cuddling with Anguirus? :?

I never would have bought into that as a kid.

Eggleton drew the books and they look great. Some nut named Di Kaiju wrote them. Put the blame on that tard for the coconuts!

Yeah, I imagine. Both books had different authors. One was the Di Kaiju, and I can't remember the other.
