Personaly, I love the funky character choices and "playdough poked with a skewer" looking sculpts.
The giant Ultraman is pretty insane. Their Bullton is just plain weird.

Plus my collection is riddled with them. Even though some figs slightly suck(The medium size Goji and Angirus are the worst! The mini Greenmonse looks like a depressed catcher's mit on the melt ). I believe they are a future classic.

Who else really really digs Baremodel?

They haven't been putting out as much, anyone know what's up with them?

    Is it Bare-model, Bear-Model, or Beer-model?

I like their 72 Goji and glow Hedorah, but that's about it. M1-Go is my kryptonite.

    Yo Paul,
Bare Model is a great Co. Unafraid to produce some of the more bizarre and obscure charactures. I have about 30 of them in my collection so far. I am most impressed with their Seijin (Alien) characters like, Waiaru Seijin, Badho Seijin, Pitto Seijin and their GREAT series from the two 1969-70 Japanese films, "War of the 100 Ghosts" and "Tales of the 100 Ghosts" Esp. thr GID "Nuppera Bo" figure lhat looks like a dick head with squatty legs.

Some of the figures are awesome and others look like play dough, but thats half the charm of the BearModel figures!!!

See, unlike you, I love those middle size baremodels, they are some of my favorites, they are almost "children" sculpted versions of the original kaiju. I am way into it. Some of the 9" versions I am a little less into. The latest issue of Hyper Hobby has a list of all the baremodel figures. In a funny twist, HH pulled out all the S7 versions as "US exclusives" and refused to print our name because we are a "competitor". Yeah right!

If anything you have helped the hobby tremendously Brian with S7 store and magazine!

How can you compete with Hyper Hobby when we can't read Japanese!
