    The incomparable Brian Flynn and Clan will be in attendance for the 2nd round of this Bicoastal Art Super Event, so I hope everyone will be able to make it out to give them a big Florida-style, homecoming! :)

    There will also be some Black Friday toy deals and PBR (for those that might need some extra motivation to get out the door- you know who you are).

    Hellz yeah!
    The only thing worse than having to deal with me on the board, or on the phone, is having to put up with me in person!
    FLASKers: No absences due to excessive consumption of turkey, Tofurkeytm, or whatever it is you eat.

    PBR = PeanutButteR?
    ;)

    So are the Black Friday deals being offered on Saturday? :?

    I might actually be able to make this event.

    Good to see some familiar faces, i.e. Scott, Lauren, Bryan, Miss Brigitte of http://www.zombuki.com , Sumatra Mike & crew, the Pizza joint next door, etc...

    But also new faces: the talented Dora D, and of course little Ava the escape artist; she's got the same gleam in her eye as doting daddy Flynn & teeny pearly choppers when she smiles, so cute! She attempted to tug on my beard, but we negotiated a much safer (for me) high-five instead... Also got to meet & chat with Miles Kingboy D and his die-cast guru buddy Ed.

    Cameras were rolling to catch all the action, which I look forward to viewing soon. Great deals on toys, books, prints, & tees, a little PBR & cookies... what more could you ask for?
    Thanks to the S7 folks who make teh magic happen!!!

    It was a pleasure meeting you in person, Terrell (sp?), and Scott too. Also nice to see Brian again and finally see the great Florida Super7 store (I was hoping to make the opening party but couldn't fit in the trip). Great setup in a really nice part of town. I'm sure I'll be back again soon.

    Thanks to everyone for making it out for the show. The turnout was great and everyone looked like they were having a grand time.

    And thank you for your patience with the delayed opening. Brian and I were doing our best Pitchmen impersonations for an infomercial we were filming for the store. The Tampa Bay area is home to the Home Shopping Network and is considered the infomercial capital of the world, so it seemed only natural for us to get in on the action. We transformed the store into a production studio prior to the art show opening (and even had a three time Emmy nominated production designer on hand), and the look on Brian's face when I informed him that it was his turn to go on camera was priceless! He had no idea what was going on. Though, that's two times now I've seen him perform admirably in front of the camera, so maybe we can make it a regular thing. :)
