Wooof. How hard is the Armored Chaos regular Proto to track down? That's definitely on my long-term dream list

Well, there's like... one (from the blind bags anyway). If the owner hasn't sold it by now, you will probably need to pry it from his/her cold, dead hands.

@kidclam- Thanks, yes, we are thinking of the same blind bags.

Oh, so even tho it's in the Mook it's just a one-off? Are all the figures listed as 'Proto' like that?

I also remember there was a mean red unpainted Evil with armor, but the body is clear pink with red BB's.... its one of the best one off. It was a lottery item and KT or Data took the pink when they showed it on the screen. Amazing.

@Prometheum5 - 'Proto' (but unreleased), 'One-off blanks' 'Blind Bags' there are lots of terms.

The mook actually defines 'Prototype' as having a production number from 1 to 5, and being typically raffled off or given away as gifts. So, yes, the mook does list one-offs, but not all Prototypes are one-offs.

The ones that were given away at WCC in 2006- and most RxH items that are called prototypes- are really more like unpainted test shots. For most of the figures in the photo, I think there is only one out there, but there are some that are definitely not one-offs, e.g., clear orange Head (also given as a gift to S7 employees). I don't know if we've ever seen anything that would be a confirmed RxH prototype. Maybe the grey and flesh vinyl test pulls.

In the vein of "I wish..." I'd like to see Beast Chaos in "Pop Soda" colors (the purple-ish metallic kind that the Mutant, Chaos, ChaoQ and Dogs have all been lucky enought to be coated in.)
