i think most folks will feel this way.
you have to be really a boogie fan to pay this amount at retail.
may not be a bad thing because i think not many resellers or casual collectors would be motivated to stock-up on such high-cost, low margin item, which will be easier for others who truly want it to score at retail.
IMHO, this is well worth every penny.

I don't think it's so much of how big of a "fan" someone is vs. how big their wallet is. Just because one can afford it means they're more into it? This type of thinking always bugs me, I can't afford tons of toys I love, especially older stuff, but I wouldn't say someone who can spend a ton on it is a "bigger fan" than me. Just more well off, and good for them, but it doesn't take away my credibility as a fan.

I dunno it seems like a fair price to me, 80 for the fig and 80 for the suit bascially. Its actually inline with SB suits. I think concept wise its amazing I am not a big boogie fan but I can always appreciate a well thought out toy.

Looks too much of a mess to me compared to the elegant phantom suits.

What's this about the suit being sold with a figure but also being sold separately?
And the suit has 10-11 parts?

Maybe it's the colors that make it look like it's a mess.
Wonder how the suit would look just on the All Clear Boogie.
And I believe you can just buy the suit separately.
That way if you have a "spare" Boogie, you can fit it onto him.
And no idea how the suit is 10 parts.
    I can count only 5.
    Head, 2 arms, 2 feet.
Unless the head is a complicated puzzle.
Also, I wonder what the new head sculpt looks like.

I keep hearing ten parts for the suit.
And eleven parts for the suit and Boogie.

Makes no sense how the suit can be ten pieces unless there are extras.

I dunno, but remember - the Toxic Phantom has 3 heads. Maybe:
    #1 - Left Boot
    #2 - Right Boot
    #3 - Left Glove
    #4 - Right Glove
    #5 - Shoulder Tentacle
    #6 - Outer Head
    #7 - 2nd Head (Tomato)
    #8 - Inner Head
    #9 - Guts???
    #10 - ???
    #11 - Body

I don't have any idea really either, but I can't imagine the original Boogie Man foot fitting into anything so maybe it's a two part snap together piece.

    So that could make it:

    2 pieces - left foot
    2 pieces - right foot

and some sort of combination like that??

    Multiple heads?!

I was looking at it yesterday wondering how those feet fit over the regular ones, esp. Without looking gigantic. I think LD is right w the multiple foot theory. I never had a boogie to know the feet are removeable/adjustable.

Cure doesn't sell to US buyers - how do you guys get your Boogies? Agents? YJA? Flippers? This is the only one I feel I need to pick up.
