I don't think they (we) ripped your board at all. The colors just seem to work right. Please feel free to post on the board Ramos... We are a lovin' bunch of punks!

    :D

In the big scheme of thngs I think Circus punks are a great canvas toy alternative to all the bearbrick wannaqee's out there... a truly original and inspired platform. That being said
    1) I don't own any - nor really desire them
    2) cool as they are - do they really need there own BBS??? just a corner on some other board would be plenty...

As long as I am on this topic
Thanks to Ramos, Skullbrain is the most aesthetically pleasing/easy one the eyes Board out there. Also he does a great job of keeping the section/categories relevant and easy to peruse. Its really elegant and a joy to use.

I really enjoy the content on the Visible Innards board- but wish it was just a corner on this board, I barely have enough time to keep up with Skullbrain...

Also founder/kubrickworld if you're out there,
take some design hints from Skullbrain - Kubrickworld is a great board but it breaks like crazy in safari and the overall design is kind of hard on the eyes compared to the elgant layout of Skullbrain. (In my perfect world Kubrick world would be just another column on skull brain sans Bearbricks/ad SW kubricks)

    just my 12 cents

I post on both boards and I remember thinking that the CP forum looked a lot like skullbrain. At least they are copying the best.

CP's are a great platform, I own a ton of them and built a custom display to show them off. Personally they remind me of the allure of the carnival when i was a kid. I was at the Santa Cruz boardwalk last week and had a great time throwing baseballs at the real deal.

Here's my display to give you some idea of how much I like them:

Oh yes, I've been playing around with ball types that i find acceptable to throw at them. It's in my game room as you walk in my house. Pool and Punks, nothing goes better together.

RAMOS...from the CP webdesigner...obviously no need for your comment above...only meant to fuel a fire that already exists. check later.

Jim informed me of Skullbrains post.
i have never seen skullbrains site until last week when i found it by chance.
i was like wow we have the same taste!
both forums Cp and Shullbrains are based on OPEN SOURCE (free for all)
    the template NOSEBLEED
    and Skullbrains CONNUNDRUM
are SKINS that are freely given away for anyone to use thats why at the bottom of every CP page you see a link to PHPBB and NOSEBLEED.
last and most important NOSEBLEED(cpskin) and CONNUNDRUM(Skull skin) are made by the SAME designer! thus the similarities in style.
i just happened to pick nosebleed cause i liked it! (free download)
Kidrobot is also the same forum program (phpBB) but diffrent skin.

the skullbrain post is ridiculous even at the bottom of all his forum pages it shows a link to Connundrum skin its Stock. and PHPbb is free.
so rest easy paul, i would not do anything for CP that was not 100 percent legit.
    peace
    Dave
our site in 6 months will be original though, its only been a month.....and lots of subtle custom changes have been made.

Thats totally funny! The CP guys are really cool people. Met them last year at SDCC. Mark from LP was selling some of his first cards at their booth! I like the "Die Hards Never Sell", "But sometimes they do when they need money!" Very funny!
