So apparently I'm something like a year late on this one, but I just got it, and this game is incredible. Fighting aliens and saving the galaxy is tons of fun and all, but there's nothing like a game that's a lot closer to reality to scare the hell out of you. The hand-to-hand fighting is just too realistic, and the use of weapons is limited just about anything lying around; grab a piece of re-bar from the concrete and start swinging, or yank a toilet seat right off the can to bludgeon a frenzied crackhead. The dark, grimy inner city atmosphere they created with this game is spot on, complete with obscene graffiti and debris. The way the baddies can grab hold of you and get right in your face to attack is really startling, and really cool. I really enjoyed the first one, but feel like Bloodshot is a tremendous improvement. I feel like the story fell a little flat as the game progressed, but I suppose they had to do something to tie up all those loose ends from the first game. I can't believe this game didn't get more notice. Anyone else play it?
When clicking on this thread I was thinking there would be a sequel to condemned the movie with stone cold steve austin. Didn't know there was a game with the same title.
