Re: CURE BOOGIE-MAN DATABASE I really like the Spooky Boogie. Pumpkin head is alright with me, I'm not one for using generic icons (which you could say the pumpkin jack-o-lantern head is) but for some reason, I just love jack-o-lanters, maybe because it reminds me of being a kid, running around collecting candy, and causing mischief, jumping in leaves, picking pumpkins. I just have good associations with it I guess. More for me.

Re: CURE BOOGIE-MAN DATABASE I want to say there were 9 variants... but that's if you count the Lulu Japan releases, which were identical to the original red unpainted and painted, with the addition of his potion bottle and sorta-different header. I'm happy with the Fungahs I have but don't think I will go crazy with any more. As far as the Boogie, I like the sculpt but think the paint makes it look a little week. I agree with Grzlli on the stiffness tho.
Re: CURE BOOGIE-MAN DATABASE I have to say, based on this pic, I like it. But thething that killed Fungah for me (which I liked fomr teh photos) was teh scale. If it had been Boogie sized it would have really worked for me - but it was too slight. I'd really like to see this one next to some classic boogies to get an idea how substantial it is. I could also see this crossing over to mainstream NBC fans, but with the exclusivity and price -point likely being a deterrant for mass acceptance.

Re: CURE BOOGIE-MAN DATABASE Love the sculpt and the blue and white, the only thing I would have liked better on this release is the guts and details perhaps being the same colors as the rest (white and blue). From the previous sculpt shots of this im not sure what people were expecting? the only thing to vote yay or nay on is the paint app.

Re: CURE BOOGIE-MAN DATABASE Eh, Tossy is doing just fine imo: Oni Mask, multiple boogie (madball) heads, suckflys, fungah, O-1000 suit and I hear several new sculpts this year. And he's a one man team now. Pumpkin boogie mask, Spooky pumpkin head, and Terror'n I don't think its too much pumpkin. But im certainly open to even more halloween influence and would love to see him do some crazy dracula, although there was a King Boogie dracula nod.

Re: CURE BOOGIE-MAN DATABASE Sounds good to me...a Boo Berry would be kinda sweet too..I missed the last drop (all black), so I gotta grab this. I actually love the ghostly white paint on this one. Kinda toony but hopefully there will be something added that will make it even better.
