The interesting thing is that it looks like a Hollywood studio despite the bank he was making. There's something about shows from the 70's and 80's where people lived in smaller simpler apts. Now on tv even the poor have mansions and it's hard on the true reality and makes us all a bit more competative. It will be interesting if the current economic downturn brings us back to simplicity and away from the unnecessary showmanship of "bling".
I posted that vid in one of the other DLR threads (yep, can you believe there are more than one? LOL!), and it is classic--MONKEY TIME, ALL THE TIME!!!
There aren't many music celebrities that I hate more than DLR. But I have to say the Mercedez Benz / chili dog analogy was pretty funny.
