    there was a long thread about it all a while back. The inspiration, if it was inspired by Hirst rather than the toy he copied indentically but on a larger scale, is this.

    Then I don't want to start it again :) I see the obvious resemblance. I also see the humor from KAWS. To say that the working innards of a Companion is a human being, a typical lab model of it at that, is funny shit.

    I love the way the bone on the skull has been sawn through to cut off the ears... great attention to detail.

    sweet display dude. i love the concept of the kaws dissected, but i sold off my 5yLs to fund my JP vinyl habit with no regrets. I feel like the dissected looks much much better flanked by the OG 5YLs rather than chillin' alone. my .02. thanks for sharing frank
