I was just referring to the fact that the seller doesn't even mention this fact in the description, and not having a picture, you really don't know for certain that there is any physical toy involved. Which I am sure there is; it is obviously just a quick money grab with a 50$ shipping charge.

What can you do. He's got plenty of people around him who share his lack of ethics and are more than happy wasting their time to help him out. Perhaps if enough high number sellers who bring eBay a LOT of business & have been scorned by him could come together & approach eBay about it, that he could at least be blocked there. It would at least put a big gape in his wallet... Ya know, problem is that his 1st response would be to create a profile under a relative's persona! Grrr He's also not the 1st and his ability to continue w/o any legal consequences is Most Certainly encouraging other scumbags. His may-as-well-be slogan : "HEY! Look what I can do!
