Gargamel Lucky Bags 2021 (there will be spoilers)

IMO that green Dokuroman and last year's pink =

 

The GIDs remind me of a paint scheme that M1 does on glows from time to time. Even if it is similar to a past version, still very nice.

 

I dont regret not getting a bag this year, but I'm really happy to see crouchers instead of vendors. I would definitely like one of those!

Those blank glitter standards are wonderful looking.

 

They're also reminiscent of the Bako from a couple/few years ago.

 

I love the zodiacs and used to collect them and that year is important to me but I can't get into that vinyl. I don't know why but it doesn't do much for me.
The flecks and color just don't resonate.
I'm sort of surprised after all these years Gargamel hasn't don't more mixed vinyl stuff like secretbase

 

I think of dishwasher tablets every time I see that vinyl.

 

^^ To me it looks like they're going for a granite sculpture look, and they've achieved that aim pretty well.

Was graciously gifted the cat by a buddy to complete the OG set last year and would gladly take this guy off someone's hands for a decent price, but if fate has other ideas I'm happy to pass on 12 years of sweating it out!

 

That just about sums things up so far . . .

 

Last year's bag had 1 painted figure and 4 unpainted as well.
Last year there were 4 5 variations of painted standard size figures, hopefully we will see one more this year...

 

I can't tell for sure, but could the Mibora on the right in the photo below be from a 2021 lucky bag?

They did tag angel abby and lucky bag. I don't recognize that mibora, maybe someone else does?
And if that is a new mibora maybe there will be a zag with a complimentary paint scheme.

 

I really hope that ends up being true! I’m not much of a mecha guy personally, so I’m crossing my fingers

 

Struggling to pull the trigger. For $320, likely only getting on standard size figure I like, or being surprised with something special isn't enough of a draw. I miss the Deathra/Zag years, way easier to pull the trigger.

 

I've never got a gargamel lucky bag but I love those glitter bomb dudes. And Mechs on GID is tons of fun too. Looks like a solid year in my opinion.
