Hi, For those fans of Gezora from the movie YOG, MONSTER FROM SPACE - the long out of print film is now available under the title SPACE AMOEBA. It really is worth watching- a cheesy but entertaining classic. And the movie features two other kaiju besides Gezora. Amazon as the DVDs for around $18.00. For me, it makes me appreciate my vinyl pieces more when I can see the film that inspired them.

the same company has released several great old Toho monster movies as well - Matango, The Mysterians, Dogora, etc.
I've got to pick this up asap, I can't wait to see if it's as crappy as I remember it being. I just watched Matango the other day and it was even more terrible than I remembered! Of course, I love horrible horror movies and had to watch it again! It's really great that all these companies are putting these moldy oldies out on DVD so we can see how they stack up against our memories of these movies. Makes me all nostalgic for the Saturday afternoon monster movies (followed by Kung-Fu theater) from when I was a kid.
matango is the best a good saturday afternoon movie to watch is Horror of the Zombies aka The Ghost Galleon.
With the right kind of mushrooms on your pizza, it can really improve the movie! The "Gilligan factor" is essential! If only Bob Denver was alive for a re-make.
