Same thing happened to me twice through ebay. First time the seller refused to do anything about it saying it wasn't his fault. Though I agree he didn't do anything wrong he is still the seller so I expect to get what I pay for and until it shows up on my doorstep his job is not done. I tried to come to an agreement but he wouldn't even respond anymore so I opened a case against him. After he tried ranting and complaining through ebay he changed his tune and just claimed the item never got back to him. Luckily the tracking showed it as returned so a refund was forced. Second time the item never got anywhere. It got stuck in customs overseas for weeks then just showed as "item information unavailable" for the rest of eternity. Both of us tried to call tons of places for help but it was a lost cause. I agreed to a 50% refund because he really tried to fix things and I didn't want either of us out the whole amount. Good luck man.
