To everyone out there in Super7 land, It comes with a heavy heart that I have to announce that I am leaving Super7 this week. Super7 has easily been the most rewarding and enjoyable "job" I have ever had, but the time has come for me to accept a new challenge in a new environment. As you may have noticed, we have slowly been transitioning my work off of my shoulders and onto other staff members for the last few months, so the transitions are already complete. First off, coming back from his "paternity leave" Super7 founder Brian Flynn will be back in the office full time and will be overseeing all things Super7 once again. It will be great to have the boss' undivided attention on Super7 instead of diapers and bottles. His contact is Brian@super7store.com Josh Herbolsheimer, will now be assuming his new role as Head of Product Development and Distribution, and will be in charge off the day to day on all toy projects. As many of you know, Josh is already knee deep in many of your projects, and in his new role, Josh will focus exclusively on working with all of you closer than ever. His contact is Josh@super7store.com Luke Martinez is our new Retail Manager, and will be your main contact for all things related to the physical Super7 store, and store exclusive product. With eight years of retail management experience (most recently as the GRSF manager), we are excited to have Luke's experience help us continue to grow the Super7 retail business. His contact is Luke@super7store.com Any and all other questions can always be sent to info@super7store.com, where the appropriate staff member will be happy to follow up with you. Thanks for a great three years, I look forward to seeing all you Saturday, November 20th for the Burgebuns custom show!
Wow, that's big news. Congrats and best of luck Glenn! You will surely be missed. Any details about where we can harass you next?
Glenn, you will be missed. I told Dave that you were leaving and he just said, "You are kidding, aren't you?" I can only wish you my heartfelt best good wishes in whatever you decide to do next.
goodbye and good luck glenn! i've only known you through skullbraian and the e-mails i've harassed you and josh with about my held orders over the past year or so, but from where i stand, you've been a rock to super7 in my short time here.
Wow, I have known you for about a year through the store and am really sorry you are leaving, your presence was indeed appreciated. All the best good vibes to you on your new endeavor.
Glenn is going to go to work for KR, from what I've heard. and i haven't heard a damn thing Good luck in whatever it is you do Glenn..
Good luck w/ your next chapter (but don't leave Skullbrain). "It will be great to have the boss' undivided attention on Super7 instead of diapers and bottles." And it's good to know Brian will be around to change our diapers when we don't get what we want.
All the best to you Glenn. I have to say you were the one who help spark my love for japanese toys. I was the one who you sold the Virus Glow Dragamel to at a trade fest. Thank you. Best wishes
