    Help with Identifying Figure
This is a mini Garuban figure I acquired a few years ago.

Could anyone tell me who the manufacturer is? It has writing on one foot,
but it is to small to read. Also, why does it have the loop thing in its head? Was it intended to be some type of ornament?
I have it next to a standard size Bullmark Garuban to show scale.

    Thanks!

It has a loop on its head because it was intended to be a necklace...unfortunately the toy is missing the chain.

This is called a pendant vinyl. I am not sure of the manufactorer...

chances are about 80-90% it is bullmark or popy. My guess is bullmak. It is called a "pendant" figure.
