You just summed up everything that's wrong with Americans. You get on a ride, you agree to a certain amount of risk. I've ridden this ride (along with over 120 other coasters) I've been stuck on some. I've had scares. I'd never sue. Its entirely my decision to get on one and I fully understand the risks. This ride has you pick a song before you get on and films you. I am most curious whether those songs just played on a loop for the entire 3 hours and if the guests were filmed. I suppose if so, we'll be seeing those come out shortly. Its an ok ride, nothing incredible. The on ride audio is fun, but I wouldn't want to spend 3 hours on this (or any coaster) Except maybe the Phoenix at Knoebels. You can prop my corpse on that one when I die and just run it a few times.
