I have a free day tomorrow to hit some more shops in Tokyo before I leave Thursday. Anyone have a place they could recommend for M1, Bullmark, Kaiju? Kaws stuff? Ashley wood toys? Or any place I could find old Kaiju books? Thanks guys! Sorry for short notice.
Nakano Broadway has a ton of Mandarake shops which specialize in everything including vintage figures and sofubi. Akihabara and Shibuya have pretty nice Mandarakes as well, but not as much to choose from when compared to the Nakano ones and the Shibuya one might be a wasted trip [unless you have the time] as it's the only place there that will have anything that you're looking for. There are a few other shops in Akiba that sell vintage sofubi, but they are pretty limited in selection as the majority of the shops there are character shops which just sell Kamen Rider, Sentai, Capsule Toy, and anime girl figures. Akiba's still pretty awesome to see though if you've never been. IT'S TREASURE HUNTING TIME
look up the kaiju korners map to the stars. I did that last time I was in tokyo and it was a lot of fun.

The Broadway Nakano Mall will be like hitting 20+ stores in one. There's also a good food mall downstairs. Have fun!!
I miss that place so much. I would kill for a teleportation device that would send me there and back at my will.
