Were there 3 sets per color scheme released? Are the new sets going to be released for another wrestling event?

No, there were more than 3 sets each. I think iluilu wrote somewhete there were 30 sets in total so probably around 7-8 each per colourway although white mask seems fewest.
I assume there maybe some more releases down the road? Seems a bit excessive to go through all the trouble to get these produced for only 40 odd sets including those 'preorders' taken on matchday? Or maybe they are not motivated with profit at all and just want to do something fun for the occasion.

So from a picture I saw earlier of the back of the box it looked like a third figure was shown(Sorry forgot to save the pic). Anyone else have a pic or can confirm this?

I'd really like this series to expand.

Good to know. The pic I saw was really blurry but I could tell the head and neck design were different than the first two. I'm also thinking that it most likely have a mask.

Like the Kinnikuman from five star, these just hit all the right buttons with me. Great color ways, cool sculpts and some of the coolest packaging I've seen in awhile. With the new fighting series from Medicom, puroresu is getting a fair amount of love again.

Whether they'll all become toys or not we shall see, but there are a few other wrestler illustrations for this line on the interior flaps of the packaging.

Does anyone have access to show these?! If you can, please do, as they're all Great designs. I'd definitely take the lot of em!

I've only found one colorway online at Mandarake so far but the asking price is a bit steep. Hard to argue though as they are gooooorgeous.

I just got my first ilu ilu toy, a grumble toy Pepy, and I've been trying to translate the text on the packaging. Here's what I've got:
"Toopepi's messenger of world justice reduction came from far away beyond Ame-chu level, of the universe. § right arm evil organization Zojirefu was fed from the tissue of the right arm layer Nera if Cisse breadth of mind justice world domination, and change"
From:
"とおぺピーは遠うちゅうかなたレ、宇宙の彼方からやってきたせかいせいふく正義の使者だ。世界征服をきうせいぎししゃねらみぎうで層の組織から養われた右腕あくそしきゾジレフぁ、かえ" (may not be totally accurate from the packaging)
Can anyone help me out?

A lot of that (the Japanese text) doesn't make sense. It might help if you took a clear photo of the part of the package with the text instead.

Peppy's messenger of justice came from beyond Tore, of the universe. The Su continue to fight for him to take come right arm was fed from the tissue ZOLV of evil aiming for world domination!

Maybe "Pepy is a messenger of justice who came from beyond the universe." for the first sentence? I'm not sure about the second one.. Something about ZOLV eating his right arm, and aiming for world domination? Anyone better at piecing together google translations have any ideas?

I love the body and arms, but not crazy about the head. The eye looks interesting, would love to see it in a close up.
