Get the low-down here: http://super7store.com/community/blog.php?&post_Id=297 See the show-exclusive Himalan here:
Oh damn! Is that Red vinyl? Loving the Maroon/Black fades and the Gold highlight on the stomach. Should have went all the way w/ Red eyes too.
pretty cool... not sure how I feel about the gold on the stomach though. I'll definitely have to see this in person.
That is one fine Itokin Park toy! Great picture. You should probably post a link in Krotch Rot to make sure everyone sees!
I don't think the belly is gold. It looks like a reflection from the ground wherever the photograph was taken. I could be wrong though.
Is there any set rule as to how many figures one can buy? I've heard that it was one figure per customer. Does that apply to only customs? I was hoping to purchase the exclusive Himalan and possibly 1 custom and was curious to know if this was even feasible.
In past shows, S7 would hand out tickets and we would all line up according to your ticket number. Everyone goes through the to see the customs and make 1 purchase. If there is a show exclusive, we could pick up the exclusive + custom. After everyone has gone through once, then we can make a second purchase, again according to number. That's the way it's been done for sometime now and probably how it will be for the show. Get there too early and you won't get a ticket, get there too late and you'll miss out.
Thanks for the info there gatchabert. I understand that if you get there too late you've pretty much screwed the pooch but getting there too early?
Some people think that if they get there a couple hours early, they will get a ticket. Not always the case. Anyway, they think that if they get to the store...let's say 2 hours before the show...they can hang out inside and they'll be first in line...while not noticing that there is a line outside. S7 closes the store to clean up and set up a few things so anyone in the store is booted out. So...where does the person that got there 2 hours ahead end up? The back of the line with no ticket. So the big question is...when does the line start forming. No one really knows because the tickets are pretty random. Everyone's been really good about checking their tickets against everyone else and for the most part....and most of us know each other so if you're the odd one in the line, we all talk about you and suspect that you're a flipper.
