I'm into this stuff. Every year I go out in August for the Perseids Meteor Shower but never have much luck, either it's too overcast, or I never get far enough away from the light pollution. North America seems to get short changed on Celestial events often (whether it be eclipses etc etc). Hopefully it won't be too cloudy for these but it's unusually warm in Buffalo now. Then if it's not it will be bone chilling cold!
