My mate picked this up for me while he was in SF on business. He got tricksy and said that he had got to the show late and missed all the toys, so i wasn't expecting it at all. SO stoked. Sorry for the fairly average photography - i need a new camera quite badly.
I'm glad to see that it got to you safely. I think those pics are way better than what I took in my room...hahahaha..
I never saw close-ups of this guy . . . that would make a killer (and easy to produce) production piece! Great job Hiro!
This thing is gorgeous!!! Yes,a production piece is necessary. Hiro, how good friends are you with Mori? I think production pieces of all the figures are in order for the folks who either missed out or would like to own all 7 figures. I'll most definitely buy a set of those!!!! My "Art of the Rising Sons" piece will go up soon
Anyone want to check out the Mutant Evil custom from the "Art of the Rising Sons" show check it out here: http://www.skullbrain.org/bb/viewtopic.php?t=17673
was your buddy who bought this an aussie with a backpack? kaws hoodie, too? (if I mistakenly called a new zealander an aussie, my apologies) if so, that guy was really nice and I enjoyed talking with him. if its the same guy, it seems like he has a huge and expensive collection.
Nah, that must've been someone else. My mate kinda tall and doesn't have a kaws hoodie (as far as i know ). New Zealanders are often a little harder to pick out - our accents aren't as strong as Australians. Kirkland met him tho i think - he said you were all a good bunch of guys...
