I was going to post this in the "strange or rare" auctions thread, but it's neither strange nor rare. I was mildly surprised to see this Marusan Garuban end at 28,500 yen as the Bullmark, Ark and Orange versions don't fetch nearly that much, so I assume that it commands more as it's an original Marusan (duh?)? How much does the giant sized version go for? I don't think I've ever seen the original for sale, only those semi-recent reissues of it... I have the Bullmark and Orange versions of the standard one and I love 'em...!
well robert i would love to answer your question but i have never seen a giant size garuban for sale . wouldnt even known one exsisted if it wasnt for yugis book .hope you got over your flu .looked like the beer was helping .
yeah i heard a bunch of people got it. robert though , sucked it up , downed his beers and talked in monotone . no ebola was going to stop his good time .he is my role model .
I also think that the SAN version has the silver at he knees and waist, while the other versions do not. I have seen at least one OG giant on yahoo, but I do not know what it closed at.
i saved the images from an auction for an OG giant size about a year or so ago. i was freshly broke having just bought something else, so i couldnt take advantage of the price. im pretty sure it closed below 30,000 which makes me want to cry and puke for not snagging it. ill post the images when i get home.
