you can maybe cover them with some sheets or a special foil for transporting.. and if you drive carefully I think there won't be any damages.

hey chris, nice to meet you here. yeah, I have already some of these "luftbläschenfolie" gekauft, haha. the thing what scares me is the weight, cause if you try to get the detolf in a car or downstairs or something you have to turn it around and all the weight is one the back side of the detolf and since its glass it could break...

personally i'd take them apart. Lot of wasted space inside too unless you fill them with duvets

If your using a moving van/truck you can just put them up against a wall standing up, I grouped mine together, put a thick sheet over them, and used a tow strap to secure them to the wall of the van.I drove 55 miles and they didnt break.

I moved mine upright and they were fine. I did wrap the shelves in paper and placed them in the botom of the Detolf. A two wheel dolly is also a big help in moving them. Good luck.

Taking them apart only takes a few minutes.

if you move them laying down make sure to put a cushion or balanket on the side the door opens on cos it rattles alot and because there's no real structual support so the door bends and comes down kinda hard. i had to hold it open the whole way home and it wasn't to cool
