my friend has an art show!

hey... tomorrow night (10-4-0, one of my good friends has her first solo art show thingy. so if you're in the city, please stop on by & hang out and look at some paintings of meat & doughnuts & more. art is kewl!

hm. i don't know. but i remember in high school i did an art project where my concentration was bathrooms and she suggested that i serve brownies and lemonade (which i did), so maybe she'll do that also for this (true story)

i'm gonna start taking pics of you toy geeks and get my own show.

 

If you do it right, you could probably make a book documenting various toy cultures. If you really had time, it would be an awesome project.

 

no... actually she does more paintings (not sure why the show card has a photograph of a doughnut. i don't even think there's going to be photography). the "meat patties" is just a shitty cell phone pic my sister took of the oatmeal cookies she's making.


she also painted my sister's room (doesn't have anything to do w/ the show)
