Need help identifying turtle figure

I saw it in the background of a picture the other day, but now I can't find the picture again. Here's what it looked like...

cutesy/cartoonish
round head
yellow skin (head, arms, and legs are yellow)
green shell
standing upright like Skuttle

Nope. It could be from some other popular franchise though. I'm really not sure. Maybe it's from an anime or manga.
