Looks like Bobby Ball from 'Cannon and Ball' to me . . . . he was the loud 'funny' one of the two. He had catch phrases he would shout, like: 'You little liar', 'Yer mental' and 'Rock on, Tommy'.
This sort of reminds me of something I just discovered. I am seriously tempted by these, but I really don't want to branch out to non-kaiju/bot stuff.

Oh yeah, I am quite aware who they are. I grew up on them, and March of the Wooden Soldiers was a holiday tradition. I love that film. I was just saying that I did not know these vinyls were made, and I just discovered these particular toys recently.
