I quite like the Ace Robo, but it is a shame they used such a terrible pic for HH. Maybe it was on purpose, as I think it is just aimed to be a 'teaser' but still, the overdone contrast and the fact that it is unpainted washes out any of the detail for the sculpt. I am looking forward to seeing if these guys start coming in all the colour and paint variations Koji has been using recently, e.g. for the Sametan and Kappa.
the ace robo is pretty cool i like the glitter to it, it reminds me of one of those classic robot monsters from the 60s
I think he later said that this was a quick ps mockup? And that he hopes/expects the real deal to be even better
Saw this earlier today. Dunno if I can commit to buying all of them, like I do with most of my vinyl. But this first release grabs me.
I'm not too found on glitters but I love the boiling rage look on this one ! Koji can't do no wrong. Love this toy. Want.
I like it because it reminds me of a robot that came on some chocolate milk that I used to drink when I was a kid. Thats some intense glitter too.
Oh yeah, got me one of those shiny red toys myself. And then prep for the painted one to come soon too.
