Although I am in pocket heaven this SDCC (4 from S7, 4 or more from Gargamel) I have to agree, bring on some big stuff. I know it's coming, Gargamel is just teasing us I know they'll come through with way too much amazing stuff.
i am excitied for gargamel at comicon, i hope to come home with many standard releases, and hopefully a crouching zag custom
From the Gargamel blog... Something new every day! This year at the Gargamel booth, expect exclusive releases and customs each and every day of the convention. In addition to custom figures of all sizes, Gargamel is excited to debut a few new characters in the Pocket Kaiju series. And if that's not enough, KaToPe and Chanmen will have original artwork available. Chanmen will be in attendance all 5 days, and KaToPe will be in attendance Saturday and Sunday. KaToPe will be painting live at the Gargamel booth on Saturday at 12:00, and will be signing his new Drunk Seijin figure at the Super7 booth on Saturday at 4:00. Be sure to check it out! We will be at our usual corner booth 4739, along with our good friends from Grass Hut. We're looking forward to seeing you there! Release Schedule: Wednesday : Pocket Globby, Pocket Ojo Rojo, Pocket Hujili's Ghost, Tiny Ooze Bat Thursday : Pocket Helper Friday : Pocket Super Puncher Saturday : S-taiin, Tiny Angel Bird Sunday : Something New Text by Koji Harmon
^^^ This sounds like a change from the usual routine. Does this read customs everyday, or am I reading it wrong?
Something not listed in that schedule (but previewed with the others) is the milky micro Zag. I wonder where that fits in to their releases. All I know is that I want the (Tiny) Ooze Bat and Angel Bird. The Zag too if it's released.
i like the idea that there will be different stuff everyday so that everything doesn't get scooped up too quick and people have a chance to score something. i don't like the idea that the micro ooze could be sold out by the time i get inside thursday morning fingers crossed... unless of course someone wants to help a brother out
oh boy. lots of cash going to Gargamel this year. anythign KaToPe, Kiyoka, Naoya, koji, chanmen, i'm there...
Isn't this happening every year come SDCC? Last year, they had an array of awesomeness where I was quite lucky to pick up a piece from---with the help of an awesome boardie.
Things are starting to get very interesting looks like it could be a new standard size sculpt, VERY interested to see more of this
