Hey sorry I know it's kinda stupid to start a whole new topic over one album, but that's how strongly I feel about it.... GO GET THE NEW MGMT ALBUM!! I just got my preorder in the mail today (they gave it to the preorders early which is so cool). It is amazing!! It takes a couple listens but I completely totally love it! I can not say enough good things about this band! New young fresh great summer music!!! Great times.
Sorry again for geeking out... I was just really excited when I got that album today... Still, pick it up, it's good.
It is good. Not as good as oracular spectacular. But I listened to it about 3 times in a row after getting it.
An interesting toy connection here is that on my first order from Secret Base last year they sent a very cool glitter MGMT Japanese promo sticker with my pirate... I thought that was awesome, still have it.
