Hmm, what is that clear thing behind Adios and Scar Pheyden? Brio is eternal. I wanted that bridge so much when I was little... a local toy store had it and I would play with it every chance I got.
Pretty sure it's just the all clear release of the Adult Mutant... I think you can still get Head on Lulubell. Great clear release. Would look great with your Pheyaos Brio is also awesome. We have bins and bins of Brio/Thomas trains somewhere.
Anyone know what the RxH body with the teletubby head is in the lower right corner? Photo swiped from Luke's Facebook
Stateside, Archie McPhee has been selling this character as Bibo for a number of years. Think he is orig from Japan, but not sure who he is.
Looks like he's ripped off from 'The Yellow Kid'. A character in Hogan's Alley - an American newspaper strip (1895), drawn by Richard F. Outcault. He also appeared in Buster Brown, another early newspaper strip . . . . . .
I really do not like these- or any of the Adam Armwrestler stuff. I'm glad RxH is branching out, but the SF offerings were a little off-the-path.
I've seen the 3 x GID ChaoQ variations and the badass mini Chicken Fever but didn't realise these guys were SF releases too!
i don't know for sure,,but it looks like they are popsoda & refreshment collabs..so not strictly rXh,,unlike the choaQ (which are looking nice!!)
I will generally agree that I'm not into most of the newer RxH collabs. I have to admit that I am a sucker for ice cream cones and toys that look like them. Other than that one toy I'm meh on the rest.
The GID ChaoQ will be my first Q, and I'm stoked to get it, but it's still a weird design. The Atom A stuff really doesn't appeal to me at all either, so it's been nice to be able to take a break from new releases. The sculpts are technically well done, but I dont like anything about the style. Too icky.
Yeah, icky is a good description. I guess the ice cream guy is by Refreshment... haha. Tons better than the fuzzy Sarumon at least.
