mine would have to be Violator or maybe Music for the Masses, for some strange reason i've never figured out.....

 

oh i hate to say, but I love Erasure still... is that sick or what? Remember Just can't get enough was written by Vince Clarke, the music man behind Erasure...

 

i liked erasure too, and i know lots men with families that did too. lol

i always think its cool when guys will say they like this stuff because there seems to be some stigma attached to enjoying these bands.

Yeah Bronski Beat, just listened to that 2 days ago. Still fresh.

 

I love all that Ghey shit from the 80s. Bronski Beat, FYC, English Beat, The JAM, the Specials, Bahuas, Depeche Mode, so forth. All time fav has to be Joy Division then New Order. Bands today are trying to capture that sound but you can't fake the funk.

 

Erasure's acoustic album is nice, although it's not getting rave reviews.

 

New Order is still amazing in my book.

But sweet Jesus man, don't lump the Specials in with those other softie fools. They're the kings of the second wave of Ska. Even better than Madness!
