Obake Quiz

Hey there - I intend to get the Mook next month, but in lieu of that can someone help identify the pink Obake, 2nd row from the bottom in this pic from Devilboy's incredible collection. I hope it's okay to use like this, I was perusing collections and spotted it.

In general I'm just wondering if it pops up from time to time and possibly what to expect to pay for it. Thanks for any help.

The checklist is a little out dated.

It's a little bit older so I'd expect to pay $100-150.
