 You lost me on that one. I don't know any of the people from Japan who make toys besides meeting some of the Gargamel crew but I don't think it's an issue to say you are excited if Goto-san paints your toy or you reference Hiddy or others etc. It doesn't mean you KNOW them.

And thanks "scary' andy for educating me on why it was called a test paint for the nnn x pushead toy. (Although I'm not sure if I can say pushead because i've never met him. )

And how does this whole friend/foe thing work.
Cause I'd like to start racking up some foes.
That's way more fun than ignoring.
    Keep your frenemies close....

This is completely a rhetorical question by you I'm sure, but adding a foe means that person automatically goes to ignore. I think they need to tweek that though. Currently I have no one on my foe list but have in the past (usually during a heated *ahem* debate) and it's actually more annoying because it still shows that person on your foe list posted, but you can't see what they said unless you click on it. More often than not you WANT to see what they said if you're arguing with them.

I find the friend list more relevant as I add people who contribute solidly, make me laugh, or have insightful knowledge, and don't usually post one line "congrats, or +1". Best time to get on is when I see a bunch of friends online.

That's the second time I laughed today, Funny Greg. Or is it Gregory? Gregorie? Lets have more humor and less back biting. And what happened to the tribute art etc.
And Fuckin Coop if you dont show us a pic of the damn Ghost Warhol soon I'm going to stop using your "The big fat one" For a pillow.

Oh, I had no idea. Guess there is no need to use the foe list then.
I was hopping for some grand scheme of arching against others.

Ok, let me add to the nagnagnag, blahblahblah....

Alice came across as a die-hard indie. That's how Nag came about, right? Indie style.

But soon after Nag became pop....if you can consider our teeny meeny minuscule community pop, I think that's where things took another turn.

But Alice, you're living in Japan! That's like the pop capital of the world! Must be giving you a headache.

Still, I like to read Alice's post. Gives me a headache too.

I like Nag, COOP, Mishka, LS and Alice. How?

    All of them!
Seriously though - I thought they all looked quite boring, and that this was winding up to be the least impressive offering by Pushead I'd ever seen (via photos). But then Aaron posted, and a few more good looking figures trickled in - so there are some that look really nice. But overall, Patchwerk looked like a flop, IMO. And it has nothing to do with the pirate sculpts (I don't like pirates) - the paint-ups just weren't anything new, and the "patchwerk" stuff just doesn't look very good IMO. But there are a few really good looking figures - just nothing that we haven't seen before.
Despite not collecting Pushead figures I generally like the photos from his events. This year? Meh.
