Anyone going to be at http://planetcomicon.com this weekend? Just wondering if any one knew if any sofubi would be there? And if it's worth going?

I went to the Philly ComicCon a few years ago and there was absolutely squat as far as sofubi or even resin toys. There were licensed figurines, some sculpted art displays made with altered dolls, booths filled with pins and handmade geek jewelry, and a few vintage toy booths, but other than that... nothing really too relevant. It was mainly super heroes, comics, and cosplay.

I think as far as sofubi goes, you have to go to a toy-centric convention to find it, or one of the big comiccons... NYCC or SDCC.

Yeah I figured as much, might have better luck at the flea markets, then deal with the comic/display nerds.
