I got my Ditto at Taco Bell. LOL

 

hahaha! i actually found a ditto by my neighborhood library (as a pidgey). i also hatched a couple babies: magby and igglybuff!

 

Saw this and thought maybe someone would want one.

 

^^ Is that for Sun/Moon, or Go? Can't figure out how that would work for Go.

 

Gen 2 yay! It appeared Thursday afternoon.

New items, Berry's, evolution materials, music and interface.

Just in time for great weather this weekend!

Ahhhhh I can't believe that I completely derped out and didn't boot up Pokémon GO today when I was out of the house!!!!

 

Walked around the city last night and caught a little 20 of the new 80. Yep. I'm hooked again!

 

Yep, it reeled me back in!

 

i want to lay down and have swinubs just crawl all over me.

 

Caught a Unown today. Had heard they weren't in the game.

 

I now want someone to Photoshop a Scrubbing Bubbles ad, but replace all the bubbles with Swinubs.

 

I'm cruising through the new batch. Trainer skills are noticeably greater than when generation 1 released.

 

Just stopped at a local diner where there's a poke'stop and man...these 2nd Gen pokemon are pretty ballin

 

Yeah, ballin' as in they're using up all my Pokeballs!!! Must... slowdrive... by more Pokestops!

 

I've been playing for weeks and gone to Disney/Sea World/downtown Orlando and have not gotten a SINGLE evo item. It's driving me nuts!

 

1 tip my 12yo son told me was that on your 7th day pokestop bonus you're likely to get and evo item or 10k egg.

 

My boyfriend got two Metal Coats. I am beyond jealous... especially because I spun the stops that got both of them for him. I got one King's Rock and made a Politoed, only to get a much better Poliwag right after. DANGIT.

 

Evolved an Umbreon the other day. Wee. In other news I have way too many potions.

 

New update is neat but frustrating. I have a few things that can evolve but can't because I need a "special item". LAME

 

The ridiculously low chance of spinning a special item is overkill for sure. Only ones missing in my dex either require a special item evolution, hatching, or simply aren't available in the game.

 

Sentret can be a Ditto.

 

So I have enough candies to evolve, Scyther, Onix, Sunkern, and Slowpoke to slowking BUT CAN'T because I need to find those special items. I've been to several pokestops and shit out of luck. Super frustrating.
This makes me want to have someone on the East coast log into my account and play for awhile over there.

 

I'm on the East Coast, and it's no different here. The odds are out there, and it's way below 1% to get the special items.

Also a bummer, only unique Unowns count towards the gold medal. Caught my 2nd S, but it didn't add one to my medal count. Guess I can try and trade it once that's an option.

 

If you can find a shopping center with a Starbucks and a Sprint, you spin the stops while cruising around the parking lot catching stuff. Even better, if there's a Walmart in that same shopping plaza, there's going to be a buttload of spawns near the entrance/in the parking lot. Extra bonus would be a fast food joint.
Dover and Middletown Delaware are amazing for that kind of Poke-excursioning.
